What Causes Nausea And Diarrhea While On Zinc Supplement?
I am with a patient and she has been supplementing with zinc fir a col. has been taking it on an empty stomach and developed nausea and diarrhea today. She has a hx if diverticulitis and just had surgery to have a spindle cell tumor on her right temple. She is 94 going on 95. The only other meds she takes is Lasix. Norco (1 at night) and 2 Tylenol during the day and a baclofen at night. Any thoughts?
