What Causes Nausea And Diarrhea With Black Mucus Stools?

I started feeling nauseous two days ago, on the second day I threw up three times, nothing but liquid. Today however, I used the bathroom twice (number 2), both times my stool was black and rubbery and it seems I am also discharging as if I just ended my period. It's really thick, stretchy and deep in color (maroon), it feels like I'm cramping too. What's wrong with me?

Dear black colour stools may be due to upper gastrointestinal bleeding or eating of dark vegetables and fruits.

Iron tablets and bismuth containing antacid consumption also may present like this please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
