What Causes Nausea And Diarrhea?

I was in the Dominican Republuc ( Punta Cana) from last Saturday until yesterday. I became sick feeling nausea with watery stools the second day I was there. I haven t been able to keep food or liquid on my stomach without the watery stools. I had not vomited until just now although I was nauseated. I also feel a little light headed at times. What could be wrong?

you probably have travellers diarrhea and you need to take enough fluid and use proper antibiotic.
