What Causes Nausea And Dizziness After A Heart Attack?
Hi, on 25 june, my mom had a heart attack. After then angiography have done. In that doctor find three blocks. Doctor told 2 block will go from medicine. But one blockage is about 90 percentage. So we have to put stent. And then he put the stent. But doctor have to do with balloon treatment. But now my mom is at home. She is feeling OK. But something she feel like vomiting. I m dizziness What precautions should be taken. Why she is feeling dizziness. Is she OK?
* As per my clinical experience, there are various reasons for the nausea and dizziness after a heart attack condition.
@ The side effect of certain medications as anti platelet ( clopidrogel or others ), analgesic as tramadol hydrochloride or others ; may pause nausea and vomiting sensation.
* Intake of such medicines after lunch or dinner simultaneous proton pump inhibitor as omeprazole or antacid syrup mylanta helps also have to avoid spices and non veg food.
* The dizziness may be due to
- low blood pressure ( lack of hydration, excess effect of beta blocker or anti hypertensive
- electrolyte imbalance from diuretic use
- others
