What Causes Nausea And Dizziness Along With Pain In The Breasts?

I keep feeling nausea keep going light headed have nearly fainted 2 twice in last couple of hours as I got up had to lean on wall and slide down to sit on floor , my boobs are constantly sore and I keep crying not saying this is to do with feeling lightheaded and dizzy but what could this be pls

Hello,

I think you should do a pregnancy home test to see for pregnancy because you are having such significant signs of it.
If not you may need to get tested for diabetes doing fasting glucose levels and post prandial glucose levels.
Also, a total blood count is needed.
