What Causes Nausea And Dizziness Along With Swelling On The Feet?
I have a couple things going on. We will start with the first thing. So I’ve been eating one meal a day. And I won’t eat till like 2-3 or even 4. I try to eat in the mornings, and I will go and try to eat but the moment I think about food, I feel sick. I will be hungry in the morning but I feel like if I do eat, I will throw it up and be more sick. And I’ve noticed that I will get dizzy sometimes and I don’t know. It’s super weird. I have been drinking water. The next thing is on my left foot, it’s a little swollen and when I put too much pressure on it the top of my foot hurts like a bruise and the pain will go up into my toes. So it hurts and I walk to campus a lot so it is effecting that. I feel like my body is falling apart
Changing your diet to include one meal per day can cause metabolic derangements leading to nausea, vomiting due to ketosis, gastritis & dehydration. So take adequate liquidsand frequent meals are necessary. You must also consult your family physician or dietician and plan your diet.
Have you looked for any sprain or injury, for the swelling in left foot with bruise and pain? If symptoms persist then consult your doctor to get a routine checkup done.
Hope this helps.
Take care
