What Causes Nausea And Dizziness At Night?

Hi, my husband has been having nausea and dizziness which happen at night for the past 3 wks. When he eats a meal after five in the evening it gets worse. He had a stomach x ray and ultrasound and blood tests which were all ok. Can you please advise your opinion about what may be the cause of this

Hello,

Nausea and dizziness may be caused by
1. Food poisoning
2. Dehydration
3. Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV)
4. Vestibular dysfunction.
5. Cardiac infarction or arrhythmia
6. Stroke and Normal pressure hydrocephalus (NPH)
Still, many causes are there it is difficult to say what is the exact cause of your problem. Please consult your neuro physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
