Hello! I am a 28 year AA female very health and active. My period has always been irregular but consistent I it s irregularity. This particular period, as soon as I started bleeding, I became dizzy and nauseous and feeling faint. These symptoms have continued since the first day of this recent period. Should I be worried?
Hi. If your period is heavier than usual you might have some anemia. The nausea can either be due to the dizziness or hormonal fluctuations. The latter may be the cause of the irregular periods. You can have your CBC or blood count taken just to know how bad is your anemia if you have 1. Go to your OB about the irregular periods. For now increase water intake and dont do anything strenuous.
