What Causes Nausea And Dizziness Upon Lying On The Right Side?
I m feeling dizzy and have been throwing up. When laying on my left side I seem to be ok. If I try to lay on right side I start feeling more nauseated and dizzy. This just started today. Monday morn I feel out of bed and the back of my head hit the night stand and I received a little bump. Could today s symptoms be related? I ve felt fine until today.
