Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Nausea And Dizziness While On Lipoflavonoid?
I have been taking Lipoflavanoid Plus for the past 6 months 3 times a day at a doctors suggestion. I have struggled a lot with dizziness and imbalance. I am also doctoring for Blood pressure that drops too low and take Midodrine to correct that. I have been experiencing nausea in the morning, more dizziness, itching with a rash on both sides and under the arms. Could the Lipofavanoid Plus be the cause of this?
Not all patients complain of suffering from such side effects, but yes Lipoflavonoid in some patients do cause allergic reactions like rash, hives, itching, peeling or blistering of the skin.
Other side effects reported are nausea, stomach upset & vomiting.
You are suggested to visit ER, & get physically examined, get audiometry test done to rule out any problem(perforation) in the eardrum.
Get detected, get treated at the earliest. Migraine, vertigo, anemia, neurological problems, diabetes, inner ear pathology & weakness can cause nausea & dizziness. Avoid driving any vehicle & stay away from addictions if any.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
