What Causes Nausea And Dizziness?

My girlfriend is feeling nauseous dizzy she s fainting she feels we she s vomiting and then to find out what could possibly be wrong with her she s not been feeling well for a while we go to the Community Health Center and they tell her there s nothing wrong with her so I need like an expert opinion on what we should do because this is just keeps happening and it keeps getting worse and

Get some lab findings Complete blood count , serum ferritin and total iron binding capacity.
I am sure she is anemic . Give her some liquid and nutritious diet and medication for anemia for 1 month. She will recover soon.
