Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

There's is a chance to develop bradycardia and hypotension. This hypotension leads to sweating and giddiness.

It may be due to a sinus headache or sepsis or hypoglycemia etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Get it done ECG, blood pressure check-up, blood sugar and complete blood picture.

Please consult your physician, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
