What Causes Nausea And Fatigue?
My daughter has been having bouts of nausea and tired a lot lately. She is good for several days and then starts feeling nausea and is tired for several days then good for several days and then it starts over again. She is 25 and has migraines but also had menigioencyphalitis when she was in first grade.

I think this situation has nothing to do with meningoencephalitis. Maybe it is related to migraine. But I can suggest her to do a pregnancy test because nausea and fatigue may be related to pregnancy.
If no improvement seen, then consult surgeon for examination.
