What Causes Nausea And Fever Post Jaw Surgery?

My bf had jaw surgery about 2 weeks ago bow. Everything was going good until yesterday he started feeling naseous and has a bit of a fever could this just stomach flu as he went back to work 4 days ago or could it be a infection setting in. Theres no swelling everything looks good.

Hi,

If there is no pain, tenderness, swelling or discharge at the wound site, this need not be worried. This might be a viral. Just take Acetaminophen for 3 days, take some rest and drink enough fluids. If not getting better in 3 days, you can evaluate further with your doctor.
