Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of nausea and gagging in spite of taking Midodrine for vasovagal syncope which seems to be due to acute gastroenteritis and electrolyte imbalance in body , food allergy , asthma , acid reflux or side effects of certain drugs .
I would suggest you to consult your cardiologist and discuss the condition . For now drink green yea with ginger . Doctor may alter the does of medicine already given or prescribe substitute .
Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist or gastroenterologist .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
