What Causes Nausea And Hand Shivering With Regular Use Of Nutrilite?

I am taking nutrilite daily for past two days. Today I had my hands shivering in the first hour after taking it. I was in class in school within the first hour. I had nausea and had to rush out to vomiit the tablet. After that I felt releived. I chad my nausea increase when I concentrated in class. But after the vomit I had no problems. I felt stingy bitter bile with the tablet in my vomit. Is it a cause for concern? I am away from home and couldnt take a proper diet. So wanted to take a supplement for health. SO opted to try this nutrilite amway daily tablets.
