What Causes Nausea And Headache After A Head Injury?
Hi, I fell and bashed my head on Friday and it s now Sunday. I cut my head open and had to get 5 stitches. The doctor didn t check anything else just asked if I was unconscious at all when I fell and if I had been sick. Now two days later I feel nauseous but haven t been sick have a mild headache and a bit of a stiff neck. I also have a swollen eye below the stitches is this all normal or do I need a ct scan?

Head Injury should be dealt with extreme care. Some symptoms of head injury may present late and would require a CT scan for diagnosis. You should be taking a CT scan soon since you experience nausea after a head injury. It is better to rule out other causes.
