What Causes Nausea And Headache After Head Injury?
My tailgate came down with the corner hitting me on the top of my forehead. It left a dent but didnt break the skin. I did get extremely nauseated afterwards and have had a headache since 1 hour after it happening. The area is tender to touch and red in color. I m also experiencing eye pain. I lost my insurance so I dont want to incur a big bill if rest is all I can do.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the kind of head injury then it need to be sent for x-ray study or CT head just to rule out the serious injury and it can not be taken as granted, ideally such case of head injury being kept under observation, hope this information helps.
