Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. I think you need to see a Doctor to discuss imaging study of you brain (CT scan) to check for/ rule out important damages, and to investigate the cause why you passed out. Probably from symptoms you describe, you may have mild cerebral damage (concussion), anyway better safe than sorry. Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Wishing you good health.
