Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Nausea And Headache After Snorting Methamphetamine?
My wife and i have been snorting meth for 2 days and drinking beer. We also smoked about 50 worth of crack during this time. She started throwing up, complained of nausea, headache, and that her chest was on fire.. She is still very much conscious, and is aware of what is going on around her.. Put her in long shower and she kept crying. Gave her milk, salt water... She doesn t want me to call 911..
It is necessary for your wife to be taken to the hospital because the symptoms are likely caused by an overdose of both Methamphetamine and alcohol.
Kindly, rush to ER or call for help, this situation can not be handled at home. Many young lives are lost due to overdose of drugs which can be prevented if treatment is started on time.
Once your wife is stable and discharged from the hospital you can visit an anti-addiction clinic and start on clean life ahead together. At this point, she needs to treated at hospital not at home.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Ayesha Shareef, General & Family Physician
