Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Diclofenac may cause peptic ulcer disease or gastritis which may lead to nausea and Vomiting.

Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.

Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Use tablet Ondansetron twice a day if you're having Vomiting.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
