What Causes Nausea And Headache While On Implanon?

Hi I was supposed to have my implanon removed two week ago and couldn t until next week, I have had constant cramps nausea and slight headaches the past few days. I have ha sex with my partner but I am unsure if it s just the side effects of implanon expired.

Good day and thank you for posting this question. Yes, the nausea and headache could be a side effect of implanon.
Implanon does not prevent sexually transmitted diseases (STD), so a visit to the doctor to check up for STD would be advisable. STD can cause cramps, nausea and headache.
