What Causes Nausea And High BP While Exercising?

I am an active 75 year old but lately I ve noticed when I attempt to get involved in strenuous outdoor work such as moving mulch or exercising on the treadmill, fairly slow speed, I become slightly nauseous and my blood pressure goes up. Walking 10 min on treadmill at 2.3 b/p 180/90. This is unusual and happening more often. B/P usually normal. I take trileptal for trigeninal neuralgia which has been stable for a long time on 600 mg daily. Can t remember last time I was sick. See my family MD yearly. All tests good. What do you think? Thank you?
