What Causes Nausea And Indigestion?

For about one I week I have felt nauseous and most foods do not settle with my stomach. The though of some foods I usually like (Chicken) do no sound good at this time. I m not feverish and feeling ill other than my stomach? Could this be ulcer? Does certain over counter medicines cause this? I did take some medicine for swelling and Benadryl capsules for about 1 week. NO I m not pregnant!

Hi dear... yes, your right Benadryl and some medicines like metrogyl cause feeling of reduced appetite and nausea.Do you have heartburns, burning in your chest... If not.. then no gastritis.. I think your perfectly alright,,,, its just ashort bout of feeling of nausea post the medication for sweeling, cough or cold. You should drink lots of water else you might be constipated. You will certainly get back to your normal self once you are done with your medication course.Till then eat healthy and do eat whatever you can well. take care
