What Causes Nausea And Lack Of Appetite Post Diarrhoea?
Hi last month I had fever,chills,upset stomach n diarrhea n body aches the fever and chills n body aches lasted 2 days n the diarrhea n upset stomach lasted about 4-5 days when I went to the doctor dey said it was a bug i had n he didnt really give me meds he said it will go on its own and it did but this month it came again but I just got the upset stomach n diarrhea it lasted a day n from then my stomach is always upset n my appetite is not as big as before is like when i see plenty food it makes me sick i never vomited tho just nausea so am kind of worried it came back this month

Well come to HCM
The given symptoms are suggestive of some infection and this could be protozoa infection, if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with the drugs given below
1) Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day
2) Tab Dicyclopam with Domperidone three time in day
