What Causes Nausea And Light Headedness Along With Tingling In The Hand?

Hi, I am a 46 year old active female. I have never had any health issues. Recently I have been having little spells ...suddenly my left hand will tingle, I will feel nauseous and light headed and have this momentary feeling of dread or just weird thoughts. Will occur every 30 minutes or so for about a half a day once or twice a month.

Hi,

In my opinion, you should get done vitamin B12 level, blood pressure monitoring, CBC (complete blood count) to rule out vitamin B12 deficiency, hypertension and anemia as all these diseases can cause similar symptoms.

If all these are normal then the possibility of Menopausal symptoms is more likely. Since you are approaching menopausal age, it is better to consult gynecologist for counseling and hormone therapy if needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
