Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
After I eat, I get nausea then a get hot. I m now having pain in the middle of my back. This has been going on for 4-5 days. I ran out of heart burn medicine a week ago and just got back on them yesterday. Dint know if that had anything to do with it.
"As"per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this -
1)Do a clinical exam by your treating Doctor [gastroenterologist] and to confirm it do Ultrasound scan and liver function test.
2)Do take treatment as per USG report only.
Do take few lifestyle modifications like this -
1)Don't skip meals. Try to stick to your usual mealtimes each day.
2)Try to lose weight slowly. If you need to lose weight, go-slow. Aim to lose 1 or 2 pounds a week. Work to achieve a healthy weight by reducing the number of calories you eat and increasing the amount of physical activity you get. Once you achieve a healthy weight, work to maintain that weight by continuing your healthy diet and continuing to exercise.
Hope that helps
