What Causes Nausea And Rash Between Legs And Undrearms?

hello i m 22 years old. about 3 months ago I had unprotected sex with an older man (my boss). i m in a serious relationship and made a bad choice in judgement. I work for a doctor who prescribed me a 10 day course of doxycycline. I immediately went to my gyno and was tested for everything but HIV, herpes, and hepatitis because they said it was too soon. Everything came back clean. This week for one whole day I was extremely nauseous. I also believe I have a yeast infection, I had one about 1 month ago too. I also have a rash in between my legs and under my arms like a heat rash. (i live in az) Should I be worried about HIV? I m going back to the gyno at the end of july for another gardasil shot and hopefully a blood draw but in the mean time should i be worried?

thank you for query.it appears to be fungal infection.Please take following precautions.Use loose cotton clothes and inner wears.Keep area dry.Apply antifungals like terbinafine which is fungicidal.Once subsides use regularly antifungal dusting powders like candid or absorb powder to prevent recurrence.Maintaining moisture free area is most important to prevent recurrence.Check if you have any diabetes.if the partner is not positive for HIV you need not worry at all.If you still have doubt about HIV you can go for HIV test depending on duration from last exposure.consult doctor depending on your decision.You can continue gardasil for HPV protection.You can get back to me for any clarifications .Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist and Venereologist
