Hello,
First of all, thank you for visiting us. Your symptoms make me think of the following possibilities:
1) a
urinary tract infection
2) a
vaginal infection or
cervical infection as you had your period, you don’t seem to be pregnant. Even then you can go for urine
pregnancy kit test at your home and clear your doubt. But in my practice, patients who present with such symptoms had the above-mentioned conditions.
Of course, I can suggest you an empirical treatment but it would be better if you go for the following investigations for an accurate diagnosis:
1) complete urine examination
2) urine for culture and sensitivity
3) an
ultrasound abdomen and pelvis
4) examination by a gynecologist for any pelvic infections is essential.
So, for appropriate treatment and prevention of recurrence, I suggest you to consult a gynecologist and have the above tests done. You can upload your reports to me for further advise.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
