General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to heartburn.
Heartburn can be a symptom of indigestion and stomach acid issues.
I suggest using a PPI medication such as Omeprazole 20 mg in the morning before breakfast.
I also suggest using antacids such as Maalox three times a day.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
