What Causes Nausea And Spinning Head After Coming Back From Sauna?

after 30 minutes in sauna, i came out feeling like throwing up. I did not have breakfast so all i threw up was white froth. My head was spinning, and eyes blacked out for a few long seconds. I starting drinking lots and lots of fountain water and felt better. what happened to me?

Well come to HCM
Such symptom could be due to suffocation and this might be due to sauna, for the confirmation stop going there for some time, if this is not happening then it is okay, then start going again if this start happening then sauna would be the cause of symptoms, take care.
