Dear Doctor, I am 63 years old. I am not overweight and moderately physical. I walk each day 1 - 1/12 hours. I eat a moderate diet, nothing spicy, vegetables and some meat. Over the past six months I find that I am always slightly nauseous during the day. Recently I have started to feel some cramping. I have no other symptoms and am not losing weight.
