Welcome to HCM. Yes this could be a sign of ulcers and also potentially a sign of atherosclerosis, basically your arteries that supply your stomach with blood are narrowed and thus when you eat there is not enough blood supply to help with digestion and therefore you get "fatigue" or angina of the bowels and you get this sensation of fullness and bloating. Talk to your doctor about it. I hope this helps.
