What Causes Nausea And Stool Incontinence While Having Ventral Hernia?

i have an epigastric ventral hernia the pain has gradually been getting worse and today it is miserable. I feel nauseated, and also have bouts of loose stool, but yet feel as if im constipated. is this something i should go to the emergency room for, or could i wait to see a doctor, whenever they would be able to get me in?? I ve had this before years ago and it ended up strangulating my bowels, although it doesnt feel that bad of pain yeet, i am worried

I really appreciate your concern, more or less it seems to infection else it may not be due to intestine strangulation or other condition of hernia, still condition needs to be kept under observation it can not be taken as granted and in persistence of symptoms you will have to see the doctor hope this information helps.
