What Causes Nausea And Sweating After Taking Losartan For Hypertension?

My blood pressure has been crazy high for awhile - up to 158/112 with pulse of 91 to 112 (historically I was very low e.g. 112/70 with pulse in 60 s. My doctor started me on Lisinopril with no change. Just started Losartan two days ago. Feel nauseated, sweating profusely, shaky and week with exertion and pulse increases pretty drastically. Have a lot of phlegm and coughing. Also recently had herpes virus flareups which I haven t been having since had the shingles vac. My temp is a little elevated for me at 97.9. I am 63, 185 lbs, active farm girl with bilateral total hip replacements. I don t feel well and I m getting kind of scared.
