Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, it seems like vasovagal syncope and may need to be reviewed by a neurologist. Meanwhile avoid putting pressure on belly button or whatever can trigger such syncope. Baseline neurological examination and basic cardiac work up like EKG may need to be done.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
