have a odd question.. I have been experiencing nausea , pain in the right side of my upper body, I have had all kinds of test checking my blood for infection.. I have none. I believe it has to be something to do with my liver, by process of elimination .. I I dont eat any meal that doesnt make me nauseous .. I dont throw up... but? can you please suggest something? thanks
Understanding your concern. As per your query you are having symptoms of nausea and upper abdominal pain which is most probably due to all of the changes taking place in your body such as electrolyte imbalance. It could be related to medical problem. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to get up slowly and do not lie down right after eating , eat small meals or snacks often, try not to skip meals. You should take plenty of fluids and you should eat cold food instead of hot, as it may not smell as strongly , sniffing lemons or ginger can sometimes help an upset stomach. If condition doesn't get better in 2-3 days the consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drug along with antibiotics .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
