What Causes Nausea And Vertigo After Ejaculation?
im 47 and after ejaculation there s a slight delay but the begins vertigo and Nausea. The vertigo lasts several minutes and subsides. but fatigue and nausea last feeling like motion sick. this began recently after having had bad reaction to Atorvastatin 40mg for 2 months severe side effects (muscle cramps, fatigue, upper esophageal spasms.) I have been off the medication 1 month 2 weeks. i take Losartan-HCTZ 50-12.5 twice daily and a low dose aspirin. Can this medication be causing the problem or what should i look at to solve this.

* As per my clinical experience, the losartan works as angiotensin receptor blocker and hydrochlorthiazide works as thiazide diuretic giving diuresis episodes.
* It is the intravascular volume depletion which gives vertigo sensation more likely.
* The nausea can be aspirin induced gastric upset or gastritis most likely.
* Addition of anti emetic and proton pump inhibitor as omeprazole works best in this regard to control the nausea episodes.
* The vertigo will be controlled once the dose of Losartan-HCTZ is settled to appropriate value.
