What Causes Nausea And Vomiting After A Hysterectomy And Oophorectomy?
I had hysterectomy and ovary removal. 3 weeks ago. Now experiencing neasea and vomiting. Why? I was mesrible all night, last night trying to not vomit. I took pain pills and antibiotic last night and then felt sick. which continued all night and then when I woke up. And finally vomited.
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. After undergoing operative procedure and taking medications following it could have caused certain amount of stress on gastric mucosa, which can result in nausea and vomiting. Kindly take tablet containing Pantoprazole with domperidone combination on empty stomach in the morning once a day for a week. Also, consume diet which is non-spicy, soft and easily digestible.
