What Causes Nausea And Vomiting After Having Mifegest?

I have taken mifigest 200mg as prescribed by doctor. I took it in the night yesterday and today I feel like vomiting and vomited couple of times. I am not able to eat as whatever I eat is vomited soon. Is it normal ? So roughly it had been 24 hours since I took the 1st tablet .

hi,nausea and vomiting is a very common side effect of mifegest.since its a progestrone it is known to relax the lower oesophageal sphincter hence increasing the nausea and vomiting of pregnancy.but its benefits outweigh its side effects.you can take tab doxinate alongside 1 tab in the morning and 2 at bedtime to reduce the nausea and vomiting.take care.
