What Causes Nausea And Vomiting Along With Abdominal Cramps?

Hi I am nauseated, vomited undigested food this morning and last night and had a little bit of chills. I started my menstrual period yesterday as well, and am experiencing abdominal cramps and lower back pain. I had pizza, rich ice cream and fried chicken. I don t have a fever. What could be causing the nausea and vomiting? I have not eaten anything since last night.

Hi, I think you can be having gastritis. It can lead to nausea and vomiting. Abdominal cramps can be menstrual symptoms. You can take some antacids like pantopraxole empty stomach and antiemetic also. You can take mefenamic acid to relieve the cramps. Hope it helps.
