What Causes Nausea And Vomiting While Suffering From Incisional Hernia?

I have an umbilical and incisions hernia. I have had several episodes regarding it. Since yesterday I have been nauseous and in pain. Today I started throwing up bile. I ve done this before as well. I ve been to ER back in March they gave me pain and nausea meds and sent me home. I can feel it and they have been able to feel it too size of baseball what do u think
