What Causes Nausea, Back Pain And Loss Of Appetite?
Ive had a stressful month now the past couple days ive been extremely emotional, nauseous, light-headed, growing back pain, and no appetite (I will make food and not eat it). I cannot get to a place to buy an at home pregnancy test for another few days. I'm wondering what are the chances of it just being stress or early pregnancy signs?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have nausea, back pain and loss of appetite. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like indigestion , gastroenteritis , peptic ulcer , diabetic ketoacidosis , irritable bowel syndrome , UTI or pregnancy . I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order ultrasound , endoscopy along with stool test . Doctor may refer you to urologist for UTI . For now eat light and no spicy , apply warm compresses on back and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
