What Causes Nausea, Back Pain And Urinary Incontinence After Having Intercourse?

I have been feeling kind of nauseous lately especially after eating. And sometimes I have a pain in my back or side or feel dizzy. I also feel like I need to urinate a lot but don t actually need to. So it could be a uti? I had sex a few weeks ago with my boyfriend so it could be possible I am pregnant but my period isn t due for another two weeks and I am on birth control, though I am not always great at using it at the same time everyday. What should I do I am scared?!

Hellow. .it seems rather you are suffering from pyelonephritis i-e infection of kidneys than simply a UTI as from your sign and symptoms but for confirmation you need to do a urine routine examination,on the other hand you can start antibiotic quinolones like ciprofloxacin 500mg twice a day plus diclofenic sodium tablet 50mg once or twice a day as per your pain along with sodium citrate available in sachet form which makes urine alkaline and helps in combating burning micturation if you start feeling that too for 10 days along with plenty of oral water to stay hydrated and combat infection in a prompt way and rest assure you will be fine in fortnight.
