What Causes Nausea, Bloating, Abdominal Pain And Missed Periods?

Hi I am having LLQ pain, Nausea, abdominal pain and am late for my period. I did a home pregnancy test that was negative and have a history of cysts. The nausea and stomach pain and bloating is not getting better. Is this something I should go to the ER for or should I just see my doctor tomorrow morning?

Hi welcome to HCM....

Here you should consult doctor for examination and for further work up....

According to history it could be ovarian cyst , colitis like infection , PID etc....

So first investigation start with USG of abdomen ...

If ovarian cyst present than hormonal pill needed. .

For colitis and PID suitable full course antibiotic needed ...

According to cause treatment given ...

For vomiting domperidone tablet can be taken...
