What Causes Nausea, Bloating And Red Mucous In Stool?

for the past 2 months i get nausea with upper abdominal bloating. went to docter and was send for a ultrasound of lower abdominon and for a gastroscopy. Only find a hernia 1 cm. Still nausea but for a week now i spotted lots of mucous in my stools that is brown reddish. Can you help please. I am 59 years of age.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it could be two different conditions one is hernia and second it could be some protozoa infection, for the hernia it is surgical condition till then it can be managed with "Tab Omeprazole and Domperidone" 40/30 mg once in day, for the protozoa infection "Tab Metronidazole 400 mg" can be taken twice in day for five days, (On clinical examination condition could have been different ) hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
