Hello,

You have past history of Ebv, herpes 1 and 2. You are having watery vaginal discharge. Presently, you are experiencing vaginal watery discharge, nausea and blurred vision. You have not mentioned if you are sexually active or not. Ebv can cause nausea due to sore throat, coughing or URTI, nausea is also caused by side effect of certain medications, early pregnancy symptom, nausea has also been reported by patients suffering from herpes 1 and 2.

Liver dysfunction is one factor that may lead to nausea and vomiting, get liver function tests, urinalysis and blood workouts done to detect bile pigment / bilirubin. You will be accordingly treated. Take boiled food for a couple of days to detox your liver. Take food good for the liver. Take adequate rest at night.

Take care of your hygiene, watery discharge can be due to yeast infection, bacterial vaginosis or leucorrhea and STD infections. Get clinically examined by a gynecologist, get repeat STD tests and tests for herpes done. If reports are positive you will be treated with antibiotics or antivirals. Blurred vision can be caused due to weakness, dehydration or eye problem. Take home made healthy food and take adequate water and fluids. If sexually active avoid any sexual activity for a couple of days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
