What Causes Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache And Burning Watery Eyes?

I m feeling nausea, diarrhea, headache, burning watery eyes, i feel ok while laying down. The nausea and diahreah comes and goes. Very tired and when i get up i feel dizzy and my vision goes black for a few seconds. This does not feel like your typical flu.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Headache and watery eyes can occur in infections and refractive errors.
There are many reasons for these symptoms, however, these two are the commonest causes.
I suggest you to consult your primary care provider for clinical assessment.
Nausea and diarrhea could be due to gastrointestinal tract (GIT) infection.
I suggest you to get a stool test to look for infection in the stool.
Diarrhea could be due to infection or it could be osmotic diarrhea.
