Hi Dear ,
Welcome to HCM.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have nausea,
disorientation, dizziness and mild
abdominal pain . Well there can be many reasons for this like benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, inflammation within the inner ear sometimes due to infection , meniere's disease ,
acoustic neuroma , sinusitis , stress , anxiety and multiple sclerosis. Need not to worry. For now avoid bending forward , take steam , drink ginger green tea thrice a day and do light exercises daily. I suggest you to consult with
ENT specialist for proper checkup so that there will not be any further complications. Doctor may order certain tests like CT scan , MRI , blood test , audiometry test , rotatory chair test and ECG to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may remove wax from ears , may prescribe anti emetic drug , sedatives , antibiotics (
amoxicillin ) and anti allergic medications. Doctor may also refer you to gastroenterologist for abdominal pain ,for now take anaspas for pain.
Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
