Hello,

Thankyou for posting in HCM.

Post a viral infection, the convalescence period can be very long. I would advice you to record your temperature using a thermometer when you feel warm or shaky and check if you are running a fever. If you have a fever take T. paracetamol 500mg. You can repeat this every 4-6hourly. This will control the fever.

Keep your self well hydrated by drinking lots of water and eat good nutritious diet. Do not be worried or anxious. This is nothing that cannot be treated.
